You will retain full copyright to the content developed for you and delivered according to the agreed terms. We will not hold any copyright on the content, allowing you the freedom to publish and utilize it as you see fit.
We require 100% advance payment for all services listed on the website. The client is responsible for covering all transaction charges and applicable taxes.
We provide an unlimited number of revisions on delivered work, provided that requests are made within 7 days of delivery. In special cases, requests can be made within 14 days of delivery. All revision requests related to customer orders will be completed within 24 hours, with a standard minimum turnaround time.
Revision turnaround times according to urgency are as follows:
For orders with up to 24 hours of urgency, the revision turnaround time will be 24 hours.For orders with urgency between 24 to 48 hours, the revision turnaround time will be 48 hours.For orders with urgency of 48 hours and above, the revision turnaround time will be 72 hours.
Any project requirements will be thoroughly discussed with clients prior to the commencement of a project. Service-level disputes will be resolved based on the agreed terms and requirements established at the outset of the project, in accordance with these terms and conditions and reasonable business practices.
